Frank Moskowitz has been practicing law in Arizona since 1992, handling mostly civil litigation matters in a wide variety of areas, including business, contract, probate, estate, real estate, insurance, administrative, professional liability, personal injury and employment law.
Frank has handled all types of cases in both federal and state court, private arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
He co-founded Berk & Moskowitz, P.C. with Kent Berk in 1999. Prior to that, he was an attorney at O’Connor, Cavanagh, Anderson, Westover, Killingsworth & Beshears (1992-1996), which was then one of Arizona’s largest law firms, and then Smock and Weinberger (1996-1999).
Frank is a 1992 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, and was a Managing Editor of the Law Journal. He is also a 1989 graduate of the University of Arizona, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude.
Frank is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, and Scottsdale Bar Association.
He was a Co-Chair (2008-2009) of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation – Commercial & Business Litigation Trade Secrets Sub-committee. He also served as a Trustee of the Maricopa County Bar Foundation (1996-2001) and rejoined his service as a Trustee in June of 2010 and is currently serving as the Vice-Chair.
Frank is licensed to practice law in Arizona.
