Frank W. Moskowitz, Attorney at Law
Frank Moskowitz has been practicing law in Arizona since 1992, handling mostly civil litigation matters in a wide variety of areas, including business, contract, real estate, insurance, administrative, professional liability, personal injury and employment law.
Mr. Moskowitz has handled all types of cases in both federal and state court, private arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
Mr. Moskowitz co-founded Berk & Moskowitz, P.C. with Kent Berk in 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Moskowitz was an attorney at the law firm of O’Connor, Cavanagh, Anderson, Westover, Killingsworth & Beshears (1992-1996) and the law firm of Smock and Weinberger (1996-1999).
Mr. Moskowitz is a 1992 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, and was a Managing Editor of the Law Journal. He is also a 1989 graduate of the University of Arizona where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude.
Mr. Moskowitz is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, Scottsdale Bar Association, and the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce.
He was a Co-Chair (2008-2009) of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation – Commercial & Business Litigation Trade Secrets Sub-committee. He also served as a Trustee of the Maricopa County Bar Foundation (1996-2001) and rejoined his service as a Trustee in June of 2010.
